These Terms will tell you who we are, how we will provide the Product to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply Products to you through the website. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If we must contact you regarding your order (e.g., payments, invoices, products, and other services) we will send all information by email to the email address you provide during purchase. By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
Upon placing an order, we will send you confirmation via email acknowledging we have received your order. We will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending you an email to confirm the Product has been dispatched. Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. When the order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatched Confirmation email. The contract between us will be formed upon receipt of the Dispatched Confirmation. The Contract will relate to the Products that have been confirmed in the Dispatched Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products is confirmed.

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date specified in the Dispatched Confirmation, or within a reasonable amount of time after receipt of Dispatch Confirmation if no delivery date is given.We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5- 10 business days.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
